In compliance with current regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return any new, unused product in its original packaging, without the need to provide a reason.

• Eligible items: only new and unused products returned in their original packaging.

• Return window: 14 calendar days after receiving the order.

• Return method: by mail, after contacting our customer service.

• Return shipping cost: paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or a delivery error occurred.

• Restocking fee: no additional fees.

• Refund processing time: refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
